Host the room

Host five HPtE Community of Practice sessions, working one person's conflict with others present. You'll learn to keep it clear, safe and focused on that one person.

Learn from every session

A supervisor observes each session and debriefs it with you. You choose the order of your individual and hosted sessions, so you can start where you feel most comfortable.

About the course

Working on your own conflicts builds the method. Working on someone else's asks more of you. You have to stay out of the answer, notice your own defensive styles under pressure, and model the behaviour you're asking of the other person. Levels 1 to 3 prepared you for this. Level 4 is where you put that preparation into practice. You complete five individual sessions and five hosted sessions, and a supervisor observes every one. It's challenging, and it's safe. When all ten are signed off, you're Authorised to deliver TRIP with RIC. It's the first level of the Pathway that permits paid client work: coaching one person through their own conflict. Working with two or more people is facilitation, which begins at Level 5. Level 4 is open to members who have completed Level 3. It replaces your Level 1 subscription, so you won't pay for both.

The HPtE Community of Practice and professional supervision

The regular sessions you'll host, peers to practise with, and a supervisor who observes your ten sessions and supports your client work once you're Authorised. Your membership continues after you’re Authorised, with professional supervision for your client work. There’s no lock-in, and you can cancel at any time.
